Returns
You may return your trailer or product within 30 days of the delivery date if the item meets the following conditions:
It is in original condition
Unused and unmodified
Free from damage (not including verified manufacturer defects)
Returned with all original paperwork, documentation, and accessories

You will receive a Return Authorization along with detailed return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error made by HR Trailer Service LLC.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds may take 10–14 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider
Restocking Fees:
A restocking fee may apply depending on the trailer type and its condition upon return.
Custom-built trailers:
Non-refundable unless the return is due to an official manufacturer defect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-built or custom-modified trailers
Trailers showing any signs of usage or alteration
Accessories that have been installed, modified, or damaged
